Obituary
Mrs. Annie M. Norris, 62, died at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia, on Sunday, July 10, 2011 leaving behind many to mourn her death and celebrate her life.
She was born in Hinesville Georgia, December 16, 1948 to Willie G. and Annie B. Proctor. She was a graduate of Risley High School and a faithful member of Abysinia Baptist Church. Though she lived a short time in Columbia, South Carolina, most of her life was spent in Brunswick. While growing up in Brunswick Georgia, and becoming a part of this community, Annie Margaret quickly entered her life as homemaker and dedicated her life as a wife, caregiver of her aging parents, champion for her children and devoted and loving grandmother. She loved and adored her family and friends and many people in this community knew and loved the gentle spirit that was Annie Margaret. She was never a flashy person and enjoyed the simpler things in life. She will always be an original one of a kind QUEEN. She will live on in our hearts and our love for her will never die.
